ORDER

Seeking direction not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, this petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the instance of the second respondent, the first respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that no current paper is pending as against the petitioner and he is not at all required by the first respondent police at any point of time for enquiry.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is worried that hereafter the petitioner will be subjected to harassment.

5. In view of the same, if at all any complaint is received as against the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to put him on notice as contemplated under Section 64 of BNSS and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, further directed to deal with the merits in accordance with law.
