Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners viz. they should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Namakkal, on the first working day of every week at 10.00 a.m., by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.6475/2019 in C.A.No.262/2019 dated 09/05/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PADMANABHAN A., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In Crl.M.P.No.6475 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.262 of 2019, this Court has suspended the sentence on 09.05.

2019 and directed the release of the petitioners on bail on various conditions, one of which is that, the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal on the first working day on every week at 10.30 a.m. This petition has been filed for relaxing the said condition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition from 27.05.2019.

4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed by modifying the aforesaid condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month until disposal of the appeal and if they are not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of their absence, as directed by the trial Court.
