JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel for parties.

2. It is agreed as under:- (1)The parties will remain bound by the Memorandum framed in terms of the orders of the learned Single Judge.

(2)Justice E.Padmanabhan, a retired Judge of this Court be appointed as the Election Officer to expedite the election process and the election be held as early as possible.

(3)The fee of the learned Election Officer is fixed as Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to be debited from the accounts of the Association, apart from out of pocket expenses.

(4)For all other matters, the parties are at liberty to approach the learned Single Judge.

3. The appeal, accordingly, stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
