This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.3308 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.478 of 2021 vide order dated 16.03.2022, to appear before the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of once in three months of English Calendar month, commencing from 01.04.2022, until further orders.

2. Mr.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3308 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.478 of 2021 vide order dated 16.03.2022, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of once in six months of English Calendar month, commencing from 01.08.2024, until further orders."
