Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to accept the Sale Deed dated 07.04.2014 from the petitioner for the registration based on Irrevocable General Power of Attorney Deed vide Document No.116/BK4/96 dated 22.04.1996 on the file of the second respondent, so enable the petitioner to sell the Flat in LIG 742, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Uppilipalayam, Coimbatore-641 005.
