Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of interim direction, directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the copies of the order of the 2nd respondent sanctioning prosecution and the prosecution complaint filed under section 55 read with section 50 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015, against the petitioner before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai pending WP.No.13071 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MRS.NALINI CHIDAMBARAM for M/S.C.UMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.RAJAGOPALAN ADDL.SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA Assisted by MR.A.P.SRINIVAS STANDING COUNSEL for the 1st respondent and of MR.A.P.SRINIVAS STANDING COUNSEL for the 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- After hearing Mrs.Nalini Chidambaram, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the application is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish a copy of the order of the second respondent sanctioning prosecution and a copy of the prosecution complaint filed under Section 55 read with Section 50 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 to the petitioners within 14.06.2018.
