JUDGMENT

The suit has been filed seeking judgment and decree as against the defendants to jointly or severely pay a sum of Rs.1 crore with interest at 24% per annum with 10.06.2014 till the date of realisation.

2. On 31.03.2023, the following order has been passed: "Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the plaintiff.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants submitted that he had settled the suit amount. He further submitted that the first defendant died.

3. Post the matter after two weeks. Steps, if any, by then."

3. For the consecutive last two hearings, there was no representation for the plaintiff. Even today when the matter was called, there was no representation for the plaintiff.
