Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the written representations dated 09.09.2009 and 25.09.2009 made by the petitioner for the grant of Computer Patta and to survey the land by fixing of boundaries in Re-Survey No.70/7, Athani Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, to the extent of 0.20.5 Hectares (Punjai land) within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the written representations dated 09.09.2009 and 25.09.2009 made by the petitioner for the grant of Computer Patta and to survey the land by fixing boundaries in Re-Survey No.70/7, Athani Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District, measuring to an extent of 0.20.5 Hectares (Punjai land) within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
