2. It is seen that the notice sent to R5, R10, R16, R17, R18 have been returned unserved with an endorsement as no such person. Fresh notice shall be taken returnable by 29.01.2021. Mr.S.Radhakrishnan, though served, has not entered appearance through counsel or in person. Mr.R.T.Chidambaram has entered appearance for the respondents 13,14 and 15, however his vakalat has been returned and the counsel seeks time to represent the same.

3. Fresh notice to the respondents 8,10,11,12,16,17 and 18 returnable by 29.01.2021.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent seeks time to file their counter. Post the matter for compliance as directed above on 29.01.2020.
