ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.Sounthar J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to take the petitioner, who was detained under the Goondas Act, to the Government or Private hospital for further treatment regarding his ailments. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 28.04.2026 to the 4th respondent through the 3rd respondent with the copy marked to the other respondents.

2. Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.
