The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has been filed challenging the order of attachment. 2.However, on appeal, the impugned order passed by the respondent has been revoked and in this regard, the Government issued G.O.P.No.142, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 10.04.2017. Thus, the cause aroused for filing of the writ petition became vanished.

3.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
