This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.24697 of 2021 on 07.01.2022 to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
