Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.2335 of 2024. For Petitioner : Mr.Prashant Rajagopal 1/4

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2335 of 2024 dated 05.02.2024, thereby directed the respondents therein to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner bearing letter No.16823/HL2/ 2018-6 dated 14.05.2019 on the file of the first respondent therein within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that already they initiated disciplinary proceedings and the same will be over within a period of four weeks from today since the charge consists of high stake issues.

3. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of eight weeks from 2/4

the date of receipt of copy of this order.
