This application has been filed to appoint Mr.R.Kabali, Authorized Agent of the applicant as a Receiver to seize and take possession of the subject schedule vehicle more fully described in the Schedule to the Judge's Summons from the premises of the respondents or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that arbitration proceeding has already been initiated.

3. In such a view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any interim Order. The applicant is at liberty to approach the learned arbitrator for any interim relief under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
