This application has been filed to appoint Mr.Manjunath, Authorised Agent of the applicant as a Receiver to seize and take

possession of the subject schedule vehicle more fully described in N.SATHISH KUMAR,J mst the schedule to the Judge's summons from the premises of the respondents or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. From the materials available on record, it is found that batta has not been filed and pending for more than a year.

3. In such a view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, instant application is dismissed.
