Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.480 of 2020 on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The said H.M.O.P has been transferred to Sub-Court, Tiruvannamalai and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2023. The 1st respondent is said to be avoiding and evading service. The petitioner therefore filed I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2023 for effecting substituted service. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 has not been numbered. 3.I direct the Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai to forthwith number the I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 filed by the petitioner for effecting substituted service.

4.The Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly. Registry to return the original I.A.SR.No.7183 of 2025 papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner after they are duly substituted. 23.05.2025 kas Index: Yes / No
