The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. This Court by its earlier orders has recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner who has been repeatedly seeking 1/3

adjournments in this matter. Even today, the learned Junior Counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel on record submits that due to personal inconvenience, the learned counsel on record is unable to make his submission. Since, several adjournments have been granted as seen from the earlier proceedings and since the matter has been listed under the caption "for dismissal", today, no further indulgence can be shown to the petitioner by this Court. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
