2. The suit is of the year 2010. Learned counsel for the second defendant states that the prosecution of the suit was considerably delayed because the plaintiff joined a wrong person as the defendant and that the present second defendant was joined much later.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
