ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to st respondent to conduct further enquiry and cancel the patta in direct the 1 th respondent for the property morefully described in the favour of the 6 Page No.2 of 8
affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Even though in the prayer to this writ petition the petitioner seeks for holding of an enquiry with regard to representation, dated 06.04.2025 stated supra, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that there is no necessity to hold an enquiry and it would suffice that if the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that erroneously and illegally, patta has th respondent, which requires to be been issued in favour of the 6 Page No.3 of 8
cancelled.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2025. st respondent
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.04.2025, seeking for cancellation of th respondent, for the patta, which is now standing in the name of the 6 property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
