ORDER
Heard Mr.T.Arul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider his representation dated 14.11.2013 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 3.According to the petitioner, the Sale Deed has been executed in his favour pursuant to a Arbitration Award wherein settlement was arrived at and the Sale Deed has been registered as Document No.4288/2013 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Oothangarai. Based on the Sale Deed, the petitioner has approached the Tahsildar, Oothangarai, for issuance of patta and submitted a representation dated 14.11.2013. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.Though a reference to Patta No.176 is said to have been issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in favour of petitioner's vendor, a copy of the same nas not been annexed in the typed set of papers. Therefore, the petitioner is to produce a copy of Patta No.176 before the respondent and it is only thereafter, the representation can be considered. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear in person before the respondent along with a copy of this order and produce Patta No.176 issued in favour of the petitioner's vendor. If the petitioner complies with this direction, then the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.The writ petition is disposed with above direction.
