2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for first respondent.

3. It is represented by the counsel for the respondent that the impugned notice dated 27.01.2012 may be treated as demand notice and the petitioner shall submit his explanation to the notice within 15 days.

4. Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is directed to submit his explanation treating the impugned notice as show cause notice. The petitioner shall appear for personal hearing on 20.04.2015. First respondent is directed pass orders within a period of 15 days from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of personal hearing. Till such time the petitioner shall continue to pay the admitted amount.

5. With the above direction these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
