Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application stating that even the period of delay has been improperly calculated.

Considering the fact that the revision is against the order of conviction and the petitioner is already in jail, this Court is satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the application.

In that view of the matter, the delay of 15 days is condoned.
