(E.C.E.) at Mamallan Institute of Technology, Mamallan Nagar, Sriperumbedur.

Heard Mr.H.Adaikala Arockiaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.D.Audikesavalu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent to furnish the educational loan application form and to consider and pass orders on the representation made on 08.12.2014 for grant of educational loan to his daughter V.Sujatha.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank has submitted that the format for educational loan has been given to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the Bank will process the application, if it is in order, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission.

4. In the light of the stand taken by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the petitioner is permitted to submit the application for grant of educational loan duly filled in all respects enclosing all annexures and furnishing the details within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent Bank is directed to process the application within a period of three weeks from the date of submission and if there is no other legal impediment, the educational loan shall be sanctioned as per the Scheme formulated by the Indian Bank Association for the eligible amount.
