ORDER

In the writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to pass orders pursuant to hearing held on 28.05.2014 based on hearing notice of the respondent in R.No.21901/A3.2013 dated 21.05.2014 pertaining to the shifting of the terminus of the bus route Pushpa Theatre to Omanchettipalayam of the petitioner from Pushpa Theatre to either Old Bus stand or New Bus stand in respect of her minibus TN 07 N 9208. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.In the light of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the petitioner to produce all the documents sought for by the respondent and appear in person before the respondent along with a copy of this order. petitioner furnishing all the documents, the respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
