Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent herein to implement the common order of the first respondent dated 17.07.2009 made in Appeal Nos.1002 and 1003/2004 pertaining to the consideration of the applications of the petitioner herein for the grant of minibus permits on the routes Tirupur Kumaran College for women to Chinnabommanaickenpalayam and Tirupur Old Bus Stand to Sirupooluvapatti under Section 72 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, without any reference to any of the scheme and or the terms of such scheme in view of the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India but with reference to the seniority position and pass orders forthwith.

ORDER
In the writ petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent herein to implement the common order of the first respondent dated 17.07.2009 made in Appeal Nos.1002 and 1003/2004 pertaining to the consideration of the applications of the petitioner herein for the grant of minibus permits on the routes Tirupur Kumaran College for women to Chinnabommanaickenpalayam and Tirupur Old Bus Stand to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.In the light of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the petitioner to produce all the documents sought for by the respondent and appear in person before the respondent along with a copy of this order. On the petitioner furnishing all the documents, the second respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in terms of the order dated 17.07.2009 passed by the first respondent in Appeal Nos.1002 and 1003/2004, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
