Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the third respondent to comply with the orders of the fourth respondent dated 05.02.2014 within a fixed time frame.

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the third respondent to comply with the orders of the fourth respondent dated 05.02.2014 within a fixed time frame.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has approached the State Information Commission for providing such information relating to the transfer of patta. But the fourth respondent by an order dated 05.02.2014 has directed the third respondent to furnish the said documents as per the law and sent a communication to the third respondent. But the said order has not been complied by the third respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, by relying upon the report filed by the third respondent stating that as directed by the State Information Commissioner vide order dated 05.02.2014 in Commission No.1604/A/2014, the Public Information Officer/Head Quarters Deputy Tahsildar, Dharmapuri had sent a detailed report to the State Information Commissioner with a copy marked to the petitioner on 03.03.2014 in S.R.No.43 of 2014 along with the information.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said copy has not been served to the petitioner. 6.Without going into the submissions of the petitioner, this Court has directed the third respondent to furnish the said copy to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
