ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking restraint order from taking action for running SPA.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner has given a representation seeking permission and without obtaining permission, the petitioner is making an attempt to run the SPA. The representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Police.

Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner not to open the SPA till 2/4
permission granted. The representation should be disposed of within a period of three weeks. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
