ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) By the impugned order, the petitioner had been called upon to remove the petition mentioned encroachment. According to the petitioner she has not committed any encroachment. In any event, the impugned order, which is peremptory in nature was not preceded by any show cause notice. On this ground of violation of principles of natural justice, we interfere. The order of impugned in the writ petition is quashed. The 2nd respondent is granted liberty to proceed afresh as per law. 2.This Writ Petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs.
