[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] In the considered opinion of this Court, the present writ petition challenging the order of the Adjudicating Authority passed under Section 8 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, (in short "the PML Act") is not maintainable, as an appeal remedy is provided under Section 26 of the PML Act before the Appellate Authority.
Hence, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Tribunal under Section 26 of the PML Act. No costs. Connected WMPs are closed.
