Mr.G.Nagarajan, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant/ Central Board of Secondary Examination submitted that the present appeal filed by the CBSE is to be pressed only against the directions contained in paragraph 48(b) and 48(f) of the operative part of the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge in WMP No.9267 of 2018 in W.P.No.25680 of 2017, dated 29 May 2018. The said impugned directions of the learned Single Judge are quoted below for ready reference :- (b) Direction to the Respondents 3 and 4 to constitute flying squads to randomly verify that Class I and II children are not given homework. (f) Directions to the Respondents especially, Respondents 3 to 5 to prescribe and use NCERT books alone as per CBSE circular dated 09.08.2017 and other circulars.
2. Therefore, the scope of the present writ appeal will be http://www.judis.nic.in restricted to these clauses only.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant, the 1st Respondent may file his brief counter, with respect to the aforesaid directions in paragraph 48(b) and 48(f), within a period of two weeks.

5. The miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.22304 of 2018 is filed to implead the proposed 5th Respondent/NISA Education, an NGO. The said petition shall be considered on the next date of hearing. Counter to that impleadment petition, if any, may also be filed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent.
