ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 28.06.2018, passed in W.P.No.29682 of 2014, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the direction issued by this Court, vide its order dated 28.06.2018 has been complied with by the first respondent, by passing proceedings, dated 24.01.2020 in G.O.(2pa) No.04. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission this contempt petition stands closed.
