This petition has been filed to relax the condition (i.e) the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police every Tuesday and Thursday in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6629 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7862 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Thursday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
