CRL OP No. 11886 of 2026 L.VICTORIA GOWRI J.

JRS Order Since the complaint is still pending only at the CSR stage in CSR.Noo. 411/2020 and no FIR has been registered against the petitioner till date, this Court is of the view that the apprehension of arrest expressed by the petitioner is premature and unfounded. In the absence of any formal criminal case having been registered, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable at this stage and is therefore unwarranted. Accordingly the present Criminal Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
