ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent police for enquiry, however, the respondent police has not called him for an enquiry.

3. The Learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] would submit that they are very much willing to conduct enquiry and pleaded that a date may be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not inclined to accept the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, hence this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the authority, viz.,Mr.Arokia Raveendran, Assistant Commissioner, Job Racket, Officer of the commissioner, Vepery, Chennai-07 at 10.30 a.m. On 29/07/2019 without fail. case is made, as per law, the police is at liberty to arrest him.
