This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to investigate and file charge sheet in Crime No.8/2021/AC/TPR dated 16.09.2021 pending on the file of Respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in this case is going on and the respondent is able to file a final report within a period of six months.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
