The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 27.03.2019 in W.P.No.25187 of 2018 has been 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.1122 of 2019 complied with. In this regard, the Commissioner of Police, Salem City, Salem, sent a communication to the Government Pleader in letter dated 03.01.2020. Accordingly, the contempt petitioner had been reinstated in service through order dated 30.12.2019.

2. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
