The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the running of a Spa.

3. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.15866 of 2013 etc cases dated 9.12.2014 [M/s.Masti Health and Beauty Private Limited Vs. The Commissioner of Police, Chennai City].
