assignments by signing all necessary documents to assign all his rights over all inventions for which patents are granted or patent applications pending as mentioned in annexure A of the plaint in favour of the 1st or the 2nd plaintiff or their authorized representatives;

[b] a decree of permanent injunction restraining the defendants, jointly or severally from making any statement, circulating any letter or other communication which are false, baseless, derogatory, unsubstantiated and defamatory of the applicants or their management personnel to any third parties or in any manner whatsoever;

[c] a decree of permanent injunction restraining he defendants, from jointly or severally from breaching the agreement confidential nature of the relationship between the parties by disclosing or using or dealing with any information obtained by them during the course of their relationship with the plaintiffs as an independent contractor or as their employee as the case may be and thereby cause harm and prejudice to the plaintiffs; [d] a decree against the 1st defendant to pay a sum of Rs.35,25,961/- together with interest at the rate of 9% from the date of non-payment by the 1st defendant to the 1st plaintiff till realization of the decree amount; [e] a decree may be passed against the defendants jointly and severally 2/5

to pay a sum of Rs.1 Crore towards damages for the defamatory statements made by them either jointly or severally or in collusion with each other; [f] for cost of the suit.

J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants submitted that the matter has been compromised in the Mediation Centre and the Memorandum of Compromise has also been signed by the parties before the Medication Centre. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties before the Mediation Centre has also been sent to this Court.

2. In view of the same, this suit is decreed in terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise entered between the parties before the Mediation Centre and the above Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected applications are closed. The Court Fee is 3/5
