ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.225 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The prosecution alleges that the petitioner, a partner of A1 builders, cheated the defacto complainant by receiving Rs.14,60,000/- in 2022 for a plot sale but failed to deliver. Hence, the case.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner along with other accused cheated the defacto complainant by receiving Rs.14,60,000/- in 2022 for a plot sale but failed to deliver. He would further submit that there are three previous cases pending against her. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory

bail to the petitioner.

5.Further, learned counsel for the intervener raised their strong objections for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner along with other accused a cheated money from the defacto complainant. 6.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 7.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
