Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned tender notification dated 09.02.2015 and its consequential notice dated 02.03.2015 made in Na.Ka.No. 5909/2014/A3 issued by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same as far as Item No.5 and 11 respectively and consequently direct the 1st respondent to award the contracts to the petitioner as far as Item 5 and 7 forthwith.
