ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.4 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that FIR in Crime No.4 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioners. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
