10852 at Central Prison, Coimbatore.(in WMP.NO.14205/2021)pending disposal of the above WP.No.16127/2020.

Order : These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VEDA for DR.S.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) In the main writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus, seeking premature release under G.O.(Ms)No.1155 Home (Pri.IV) Department dated 11.09.2008 and G.O.(Ms)No.64 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 01.02.2018, of her husband viz., Harun Basha, who is a convict prisoner(CT No.10852), serving sentence in the Central Prison, Coimbatore. While so, in the aforesaid three miscellaneous petitions, the petitioner has sought various spells of emergency leave and ordinary leave for Harun Basha.

2. When this matter was taken uup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Kovai Range, has by order dated 02.07.2021, granted 30 days ordinary leave to Harun Basha, which the learned counsel for the petitioner also conceded.
