This petition is filed to permit the petitioner herein to be impleaded as one of the respondents in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the main writ petition on 08.12.2023.
