These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

The respondent has filed an affidavit disclosing the details of the tenants, the rent as well as the advance. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the details are insufficient. As a person who has obtained letter of administration, it is for the applicant to collect all details. He cannot seek the help of this Court to collect details regarding tenants etc.,
