J U D G M E N T

The appellants as well as the second respondent are present. It is reported that the first respondent is dead. It is seen from the records that the dispute is between the maternal grand parents and paternal grand parents of minor children of Nagaraj and Dhanalakshmi who have died in a fire accident that took place on 13.06.2009.

2. A compromise memo has been filed, in which it is stated that the custody of the children has been handed over to the appellants who are paternal grand parents of the minor children.

3. The second respondent is present in the Court and she accepts such a compromise and she has no objection to hand over the children to the appellants.

4. Hence, the compromise memo is recorded and paternal grand parents, who are the appellants be the guardian of the minor children. The custody of the minor children has already been handed over to the appellants.

5. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
