Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.NO.355 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the deposit of fine amount in the order passed in the S.C.232 of 2017 dated 28.9.2017, u/s 449 of IPC to under 10 years rigorous imprisonment along with fine of Rs.1,000/- and under section 302 (2counts) of IPC to undergo life imprisonment along with fine of Rs.1,000/- and under Sec.307(2Counts) and all these run consecutively in Special Session Judge for Bomb Blast Cases(FAC), Coimbatore.
