PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent herein to consider the representation dated 27.11.2021 of the petitioner. Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R4 and Mrs.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R5 and both are armed with instructions to enable a final disposal of this matter. In light of order that is proposed to be passed in this matter, no notice is thought necessary to R6 at this juncture.
2. Since the prayer of the petitioner is only for a direction to R5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2021, there is no necessity to advert to the facts of the matter.
3. Thus, and seeing as R5 has, admittedly, received the representation dated 27.11.2021 on 30.11.2021 (acknowledgment of receipt placed at page No.61 of the compilation accompanying the writ petition), mandamus is issued to R5 to hear the petitioner as well as any other party who, in the opinion of R5
is necessary, and pass orders upon the representation within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed as above.
