Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the political pension to the petitioner by declaring the petitioner as a descendant of Marudhu Pandiyar Brothers of Sivaganga and consequently direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 03.12.2014. As the said representation has not been considered, the present Writ Petitions have been filed. 2.It is seen from the records that the petitioners' representations dated 03.12.

2014 have indeed been received by the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District. He in turn, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G2/ 64750/2014 dated 25.12.2014 directed the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram to send a report and recommendations on the same. to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.12.2014 by considering the relevant materials within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
