Seeking quashment of the order passed by the second respondent in Letter No.55467/J3/2010, dated 05.10.2010 and for consequential relief, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
