Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 26.06.2024 that reads as follows:- "List on 27.06.2024 as item No.1 in the regular list to ascertain whether the petitioners have passed in the examinations thus far which is a precondition to them for being permitted to the 8th semester."

2. Mr.Vijay Shankar, has circulated the performance details of the two students who are petitioners in these miscellaneous petitions.

3. It is seen that the candidate in W.M.P.No.18399 of 2024 has completed and passed all subjects from Semester 1 to 7. Thus, the candidate is permitted to attend classes in the VIIIth semester forthwith. W.M.P.No.18399 of 2024 is allowed.

4. As far as W.M.P.No. 18400 of 2024 is concerned, the candidate has an arrear in one subject in the Vth semester. Hence W.M.P.No.18400 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. The connected batch of writ petitions is listed on 18.07.2024 to be heard after the regular list.
